Lyme Disease Resource Center, Inc. is an all-volunteer community-based 501(c)(3) organization founded in 2013. All of our services are FREE!

“Mindfulness for Resilience & Relaxation,” a three-part series for clients of the LDRC: those living with Lyme Disease, other chronic illnesses, and their caregivers. This series will share mindfulness concepts and meditation techniques to support relaxation and resilience, promote calm, clarity, and compassion within daily living.

Our Services

Peer-led support groups for people living with Lyme and other tick-borne illnesses and their care partners, and Peer Counseling for one-on-one support.

Holistic Therapies are a free offering, available to our clients with tick-borne illnesses and their care partners.

The Center offers resources to help those with Lyme and other tick-borne illnesses to learn more and get support.
